There is an added joy of playing an instrument built to your specific needs. R.W. McCluskie welcomes the opportunity to work with you to create a custom viola or violin. He has 30 years of experience working with customers to create properly sized violas and violins and he will make sure you have the perfect instrument for you.
Select patterns drawn from the styles of the great masters as well as original elements devised by the maker. Specific scale and finish options are available. A fee of no more than 10% of the price of the instrument will be applied to custom orders. Payment for custom instruments can be made in full prior to work or in multiple increments over the course of construction. A 50% deposit is due when work begins. Instruments must be paid-in-full prior to pick up. Shipping is not included in the price of the instrument and will be charged at cost, including insurance.
